Not Much to Report

Tweet At this point in time I don’t have much to report on. However, I must recommend that you look closely at the shelves in your grocery stores as more and more gluten free products are popping up! While I don’t condone the consumption of a lot of processed foods, it is of course up to you to make dietary decisions. As always, whole fruits, vegetables, and meats are gluten free and good for you!
