Gluten-Free Maui

Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie and Brownie mix are now available at Safeway in Kahului. They’re almost $7.00 per box, which is quite expensive especially for the amount of yield you get from a box. I could make more for less money if I baked from scratch. However, I’m noshing on a brownie right now and I do have to say that they’re quite good. The Nerd thinks they’re very good and that they don’t taste “glutenless.”
