Beef Tomato

Beef Tomato, it’s what’s for dinner. Tender flank steak, soft tomatoes, and a warm but not spicy sauce over white rice. I first heard about this from my instructor Chef Bobby, and since then I’ve wanted to make it. So, here’s a recipe I found for it. Maybe one of the local cookbooks at the library will have another recipe worth testing. As always, substitute out the soy sauce for your favorite wheat free brand.
