Friday-Wednesday (minus Sunday):

Mulligatawny Soup from The Gluten Free Gourmet Cooks Fast and Healthy page 219
Egg Rolls & Chow Mein
Party Chili & Masa Cakes
Omuraisu

P.S. The Salisbury Steak from Gluten Free Girl was amazing. Everyone loved it. I will definitely make it again. I used some homemade cornbread bread crumbs I had in the freezer.
