Thursday Dinner: Vegetarian Sushi and Miso Soup

Friday-Wednesday (No Saturday):

Orange Chicken
Bok Choy in Coconut Milk
Lime Chicken Tacos
Tomato and Goat Cheese Pizza
Portuguese Green and Purple Soup

Terribly sorry about how late this is going up. Saturday night we went out for dinner with friends. The sushi was delicious on Thursday night, and we ate it all up. Making sushi is a serious undertaking, but it’s more than worth it. I’ll make it again and again though.

I’ll be participating in June’s Tried and Tasted this week, so stay tuned to see which of the above meals is the special guest star this week.

Today is Father’s Day, but I’m really far away from my dad. I gave him a call this morning, but that can’t replace being with him. So, for those of you who are closer, geographically, to your dads than I am, go visit him and spend some time together. Maybe cook up something yummy together, or if you’d like go dine out at his favorite restaurant.

And, Happy Father’s Day to any fathers who read my blog.
