Gluten-Free Bay: Potato Kneidlach: Another Gluten-Free Matzo Ball Alternative

I had these matzoh balls with a homemade veggie stock, and sauteed celery, onion, and carrot.
Absolutely fabulous, great for anyone who is Jewish. What I especially liked about them was that I just bought two 5 pound bags of russet potatoes, and potato starch is very cheap here in the islands. Almond meal for making matzoh balls is nearly 13 dollars here on Maui.

I’m so glad you liked them! I made them again this year, too. FYI you don’t need to buy almond meal – Just plain or blanched almonds pulsed through a food processor or blender is fine!

Awesome, that would save me so much more money. I can buy a bag of almonds at Costco for a lot less!
