This is the actual potato salad recipe written by my great-grandmother. Her name was Dorothy, but everyone called her Dot. She was a bit crazy, but we loved her. I remember when she would give me little juices in plastic barrels, and she would make me do the “seek and find” (finding the differences) game in the newspaper.
